All Mental Health Services

From screenings to therapy, medication management, and case management – we offer a diverse range of support. Our priority is to help clients overcome obstacles and empower them to live healthy, fulfilling lives.

Services may take place in our clinics, a client’s home, or school settings. Our clinicians work to tailor treatment plans that are specific to each individual based on their needs.

  • These clinical assessments will evaluate symptoms, medical, social, and family history. Mental status examinations will be conducted by board certified psychiatrists and nurse practitioners.

  • Outpatient mental health counseling includes individual, family, and group therapy provided by licensed mental health professionals.

  • *For adults (18+) only

Staff members meet with adults in their homes to assist with life-building skills. The goal is to set up clients to be successful in school, work-place settings, social situations, at home, and other areas of life.

  • *For children and teens only

Staff members meet with children and families to assist with life-building skills. The goal is to provide them with resources and assistance to help them thrive and overcome obstacles in their life.

  • Clients are assigned a specific type of case management depending on their needs. Case managers will coordinate care, assist in accessing community resources, advocate for clients, and monitor progress.
